Well I think it's about time I finally started a gym log instead of posting the info in my journal.

Cool I'm BAck

After about 4 days of moving and getting plenty of exercise, I am back. I have not been eating LC, but didn't really gain any weight b/c of all the exercise I was getting from moving. Well, anyway, I'm back. Today I got on the elliptical rider.

Angry Exercise Today, but also a cheat

I woke up this morning at 5:30 and got on the elliptical rider.

After I got off of work, I walked a mile on the treadmill.

1.06 mil

Then I came home and ate a bowl of cereal. Oh well, I will try again tomorrow.

Thumbs up It's about time

I just realized that I hadn't did any real exercise in about 2 weeks. No wonder it's been so hard for me to get the will power to get my lazy butt up & get moving. Well this morning, I went to the park & walked for 30 minutes. I was so tired & that was only 30 minutes. Geesh! Well there will be more of that to come b/c I have to get in a bathing suit!

Default 1 mile walk

Today I only walked a mile on the treadmill at my fitness center in my complex. I would have walked longer, but some stinky man got on the bike beside me. He was starting to smell & the tv was stuck on some boring informercial. So I left after 20 mins. I know lame excuse again. This week will be better!

Monday, Tuesday, & Today--all 30 minute walks in the park with my friend DAnica. She doesn't need to lose weight, but she just wanted to exercise. She wears a size 4.

Friday, Saturday, Monday, & Tuesday--All walks each day for 30 mins in park

Sunday I was on the elliptical rider for 30 mins. I will put in the figures later.
