Ok this is where you post the best and the worst of your day. You HAVE to put one positive and negative thing that happened today. You will feel alot better getting the negative off your chest.

Today for thebigloss

Positive = told from a girl I looked hot

Negative = Almsot got in a fight with a senior (me being a sophmore) and his only come back was go eat some more. Which made me laugh which made him even more mad.

ok NEGATIVE: I ate an unbalanced reward meal (they are supposed to be balanced and healthy...mine wasn't)

yesterday positive: great weights workout
yesterday negative: skipped breakfast


today positive: managed to stay positive even after weighing in at same at stall weight.
today negative: no exercise

hello ~

positive for today: did my first trial BFL workout and it went very smoothly. i enjoyed it.

negative for today: woke up and hit the gym much later than planned, setting everything back including meal times.

Cissie I have been going for about a yr. and a half. I have lost alot of inches, as long as I watch what I eat I do great. I do love it though, makes me feel so much better and it is the only exercise I have ever stuck with.
