Hi I am brand new to low carbing and have been doing CAD now for one week...
The only thing so far that i have found i have been wanting is flavored drinks other than plain old water.
I love drinking water and even before CAD i drank a ton of it...but now i find i am wanting some sort of flavorful beverage once in awhile...seeings how i am not allowed fruit juice.
I do not eat any sort of "fake" sugar as my body does not like it and i don't like the chemical issue so does any one have any ideas? How about V8 juice is that okay....HELP? I really like to have tea once in awhile but it really isn't the same without a tsp of sugar or honey?
Herb teas, green tea, fruit tisanes, chai. If you live in a large-ish city, you should have a tea store. They are a treasure trove of wonderful things to drink.
