I bought mine at Wal Mart.
I started taking both at the same time I cut out the caffeine... 10 weeks with no loss and after the first week of this change I have been losing again! 4 lbs, then 1lb, then 3 lbs.

Be careful taking L-carnitine, for me it gave me horrible gasteral cramps. I didn't realize it was the pills at first that was doing it at first but I had stopped taking them for a while and then started again and had the same symptoms.

Now I just eat healthy, mostly natural foods very little processed and take a multi vitamin. Maybe Canada knows something about L-carnitine than we do here in the US.

Default canadian site for supplements

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share what I thinkis the best site for buying supplements, protein powders, bars, etc, they even have some atkins products.I have dealt with them for over a year and have never had a problem. www.sndcanada.com
They are based out of Brantford Ont. shipping is free with a $100 order, (at least it is to Ingersoll where I live)orders over $200 receive a 5% discount, they usually throw in a free protein bar or t-shirt with all my orders. They also have recently opened up a store in London,Ont,. with even better deals for eg,for every $30 you spend you get a "stamp" after 9 stamps you get $25 worth of product free.you also get a 5% discount on everything you purchase.
I hope this helps someone,I know how hard it is to find the low carb stuff we need here in Canada,I'm pestering my home town grocery store guy to bring in products for me, he is actually trying.
take care all
Wendy(there seems to be s few Wendy's on this board)
