I just think the kind of people who'd heard of the registry are the kind of people very interested in health/fitness. I think they are really talking about 90 minutes of anything - that's usually how it sounds from all the studies they've done on this topic that I've seen reported.

Yes, but that is what it took for me to maintain after a 1200 cal/day LF HC diet - I'd start gaining as soon as I ate a few more HC calories or skipped a day of exercise. That is why I had to re-lose all the weight on LC, but can maintain on 1950 cals/day and less than 2 hrs/wk of exercise.

The national weight loss registry said earlier that they don't have many people who have lost via low carb, they said usually it's high carb.
