Default Did I just make my stall even worse?????

I just had a flavoured water containing the following :

Purified water, Fructose, Citric Acid, Natural Flavourings& Colouring, Sodium Bensoate.

Fat..........0 (per 100ml)
Carbs.......0 (per 100ml)
Kilojoules..98 (per 100ml)

Contains no cane sugar. Suitable for diabetics.

Did I make a mistake here?? I'm not planning on having it again.

probably not - if there is fructose in it - it should be less than 1 gr of carbs. thus the 0 carb label.

I thought fructose was 4 calories per gram like sugar. I wouldn't recommend it for low-carb dieters.

google up the conversion of cals to kilojoules. I know that there is a way to do it-- we had to do the conversions in a kinesiology class.

Something's fishy about that label. According to your posted label, there are 98 kilojoules in 100 ml (that's less than a 4 fluid ounce serving, BTW) which translates to roughly 23 calories (1 calorie = 4.2 kilojoules) and yet they claim that it has zero carbs even though fructose is the second ingredient on the list?
Unless your drink contains fat or protein, there are probably about 5 grams of carb per serving based on the reported energy value.
