I love the Almond flavor in ricotta cheese, warmed up a little.

When I was pregnant the last time I felt really down by the fact I couldn't stop by the cappachino cart at school anymore. We came up with the idea though to add almond or amaretto flavoured syrup to just steamed milk for me. The taste was amazing and I got my calcium in that way.

Low carb milk could be enjoyed the same way, esp if people are a tad put off by the different taste it has but want to drink it instead of throwing it out.

I love most of the syrups they have, whether they are da vinci, torani or something else.
I use them not only for drink flavorings, but as subs for extracts.
