A nice chicken curry anyone?

I enjoy making my own curry, and after cooking the chicken (or tukey) pieces, I add double cream curry powder and spices. It tastes lovely, but I'm concerned about the carb content of curry powder. It doesn't state anything on the container, but then again, no powders or spices list these details. Anyone know what it may be?

I wouldnt worry about it.
Think about it, how much does curry powder weigh per tablespoon?

Cant be more than 7 grams (if that), so you are looking at maybe 5 gams of carbs per spoon. You will be fine, just enjoy eating somethig you like!
