Default Tendonitis and LC

Just wondering if anyone else has tendonitis and if LC dieting has helped/hurt them in any way. I've read that LC WOE can reduce inflammation, and seeing as tendonitis is an inflammatory condition, I'm gonna give it a shot.

I've never read anything that direct said that LC would help tendonitis, but i've had it for years and I would do just about anything to make it go away. Unlike most people who begin a LC WOL for weight related reasons, I just want my shoulder/elbow/wrists to feel better again.
