I'm not sure I've ever seen Hershey's unsweetened cocoa anywhere around here (and not the unsweetened baking chocolate they make, either)...I think it's pretty much sold only in the States.
I went to www.hersheycanada.com and there was no trace there of any cocoa powder product, only candy bars and ChipIts.
I DO buy the Fry's, in the big yellow "can", it's been very good to me over the years. I also mix up other cocoa's, such as WonderCocoa, Cocoa Camino (these are non-alkalized or not "dutched" natural cocoas), VanHouten, like that.
Hope this is some help to you (and keep out an eye for our roughly monthly Victoria lunch gatherings, ok? We have a small and friendly group of Ladies Who LC Lunch...).
