Hey, I am in Lancaster. I am new to the board but been on this WOE for 4 months and have lost 22 lbs!!!

I also live in Columbus. For all of you in town here's what I've found: Super Wal-Mart carries LeCarb Ice Cream. It's heavenly! GNC and Kroger carry alot of Atkins mixes, etc. as well as whey protein. I steer clear of sugar alcohols, but if they don't bother you, WalMart carries a good selection of lo-carb candy. I've also found lo-carb tortillas at a place on Bethel Rd. (can't remember the name.) Hope that helps!
