my goal for the end of July is to STICK TO THE PROGRAM! oh man, I just started in June, and had 3 non low-carb days, well more like non low-carb meals on 3 different days...
Goals:
1. STICK to the program, 100%, even at my friend's wedding at the end of the month
2. Lose 10-15 pounds before July 31st
3. Do more active activities with my bf's daughter when we have her at our house (swimming, playing with a ball at the park, etc)
