Talking To Remember

I want to remember I feel SO MUCH better in ketosis.
I have more strength in ketosis.
I like eating MEAT and EGGS and FISH and I will eat plenty of all....the fish being OIL FREE OF THE GULF me being from Louisiana.....sheesh.

I am in control.
I don't have to KILL myself exercising to succeed. I will HONOR my temple (my body) and realize I can get fit without torture. (I HAVE MS BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE ME)

I will not watch those dangerous weight loss programs that are unrealistic to my needs.

I can lose 10 lbs comfortably this month ENJOYING the process.

and I WILL REMEMBER.....that support is as near as my laptop!

my goal for the end of July is to STICK TO THE PROGRAM! oh man, I just started in June, and had 3 non low-carb days, well more like non low-carb meals on 3 different days...

Goals:
1. STICK to the program, 100%, even at my friend's wedding at the end of the month
2. Lose 10-15 pounds before July 31st
3. Do more active activities with my bf's daughter when we have her at our house (swimming, playing with a ball at the park, etc)

I've been just maintaining since december, trying to deal with body image issues. I think I'm ready to move on and have stepped back to induction level carbs, essentially living on meat, cheese and salad.

Therefore, my July goal is to stick to induction until I'm in the 170's. (approximately 10 lbs)

And I've said this before, but I really need to start doing my yoga again!

I would love to make it to the upper 150's!
Walk 45 min per day either before or after work. Any other type of strenuous exercise or weight lifting seems to stall me.

my goal is to stick to the plan all month and finding new recipes that i can add so i can keep myself from getting bored with my choices,

get to 220lbs
start swimming 3 times a week
walk at work 30-45 min every day
