Stuart,

CONGRATULATIONS!! You are doing wonderfully. Good for you. I passed my 1-month anniversary last week and I was really proud of myself...I can't remember the last time I stuck to ANY eating program for a whole month.

Best of luck!!

Jeannie

Smile Congrats Stuart!!!

And on a separate note. I take the Psyllium Husk capsules to keep things moving for me and I haven't had any problems with regularity. I take 4 capsules 3 times a day with at least 8 oz of water and it works great!

Again, congrats!!

Good low-carb thoughts to all!!

Tracy

Most everything has carbs. Meat is your savest bet. I keep grilled chicken strips in the fridge. Pork Rinds are another safe bet. I buy the bbq flavor. Eggs are fairly low. Keep reading your labels and good luck.
