I have just finished reading the Atkins book and I am a little confused. I am wondering if the food listed for the 14 day started diet are the ONLY foods you can consume? Can I have sugar free jello or other products in that 2 weeks?
Although most people do adjust the way they eat as they go along, it's probably best to do the induction diet "to the letter" to get you off to a good start. And, even though Atkins says so, cheese is not a free food. It does contain carbs.
