Thumbs up Finally, a drop after the plateau...
Yes!!

Finally, after a plateau for umpteen some-odd weeks, there is the scale moving again! And down a 1/2 inch on my waist, hips & thighs(I hate my thighs!). It's only 2 #'s and a few inches, but I feel renewed! Maybe it's the swimming, maybe it's the yard work, but thank God it's something happening again! Hope it all happens for you too!

I don't know what has come over my body, but it's dropping weight like crazy. I only weigh-in every 5 days & I'm itchin' to put some new numbers up. Gotta wait til the 30th.

Well, it happened again...

153.5!!!
I cycled back into my CO w/coffee. Went back to simple foods. I also, cut my calories down some too & added in fiber. Hope everyone else is having good luck too! Thanks for the support!
