Default what does normal iron but high transferrin levels mean?

I can't figure this out I got a blood test done and my iron levels and blood cell count came out normal but my transferrin levels are pretty high. Can anyone guess what this means?

here are the results.

Hmmm... you're unlikely to be pregnant or on birthcontrol, since you're a dude. So perhaps iron deficiency?

A high TIBC or transferrin usually indicates iron deficiency, but it is also increased in pregnancy and with use of oral contraceptives. A low TIBC or transferrin may occur if you have hemochromatosis, certain types of anemia in which iron accumulates, malnutrition, inflammation, liver disease, or nephrotic syndrome (a kidney disease that causes loss of protein in urine).

I don't think they use iron by itself because it doesn't tell the whole story.

See if this helps to explain the high level. I am not sure that it is that readable, but cannot think of a better source to help you. Here is another page that tells about the use of iron in the body. This page may be of more use.
