This is a pretty simple thing I tried out last night. You just mix one egg with 1 tsp of cocoa powder and 1 tsp of Walden Farms chocolate dip in a microwave safe bowl and nuke it for 30-35 seconds (it's ready as soon as you see the mixture rise in the bowl). And that's it!

One thing I have to mention is that you'll need to mix it well as the cocoa and chocolate dip don't necessary want to be mixed.

Does anyone know what Walden Farms chocolate dip would be in the UK? Not a name I am familiar with. Just been on Atkins for 4 days, and getting a bit of a sweet craving. This sounds bliss.
