Default Ice Pop Idea

I went to wally world and got some crystal light and mixed it with water and put it into the Ice pop trays you can also purchase at walmart... not too bad of a treat, and 0 carbs! be careful tho, dilute it well if not it's a little sour! *makes the sour fishy face*
