I have a birthday coming up and was wondering if the Hellers' Lo-Carb cookbook is worth it? Does anyone have it and have an opinion of it??

This is a little off topic, but I just wanted to say to everyone on this entire forum that this forum has been an immense part of my weight loss success!

May 12th is my Grandmothers birthday and anniversary. What a lovely day!

I have brought that book home from the library a couple of times and think it is handy. I haven't bought it because I can borrow it anytime I want.

Maybe I'll go check out the library and see if I can find it, I hadn't thought of that.

May 12 is also Mother's Day this year, so I'll share it with my mom I guess lol not that I can complain, I wouldn't have a birthday if it wasn't for her!
