I can certainly see what you mean about this being confusing. And complicated.
(We are spoilt here in Australia, because all nutritional labels must have details per 100 grams - ideal for MyPLAN. But that's not exactly helpful to you.)
My first suggestion is to work everything out per ounce, then when you enter into your Daily Entry, put 1.66 as the amount eaten.
I worked it out at
105.4 cals
14.458 protein
3.61 fat
4.2168 carbs
The other way to do it, is to just pretend that "1 ounce" is actually one serving, so that you are in fact entering 1.66 oz worth, just calling it "1 oz."
For the cheesecake, I'd probably add it as a recipe, with number of servings, but you could also just call a serving the same as "1 oz" again.
I'm really sorry not to have a simpler answer for you, but hope that is of some help.
