Unhappy I still Need HELP

I just can not figure out how to start to put my food and water intake into my plan. I can do the weight. I looked through the past posts and I am still SOOOOOOOOOOOO confused-just tell me how to add 2 egg omlette with cheese and tomato and maybe I can figure out the rest

k, go to 'daily entry'

then go to where it says 'search for food' find eggs... I think you might want to choose the fried eggs ... then submit

Then search for all the other ingredients and submit each.

Then go to the left of the food for the day (at the top) and adjust from the pull down menus and also enter the number of each (like 'one large' fried egg) and put in '2' if you used two, etc

Then click 'update servings'
