You're getting there.
To measure things like your tomato, you can either buy kitchen scales if you want to be super accurate, or just estimate. My personal opinion is that it's not worth getting too worried about the exact amount. You can probably work out that you are having roughly a quarter of a tomato and so on.
Body fat can be measured in several ways. If you go to a gym, you can have it measured with calipers, otherwise there are scales that measure body fat (but can be pretty unaccurate) or you can use an online test. Whichever one you choose, just stick with the same one, because that way the changes in your body fat will be accurate.
