Hi there. Just a thought. Are you following the meal plans that are at the begining of the weigh in section? You should not go hungry. Are you eating pulses? I find they really help fill me up. I would say if you are hungry, eat. It's amazing how much you can eat and still lose following this WOE. Also I noticed that when I first started SBD my appetite was up quite a bit for the first couple of days then it settled. This happens every time I go back to SBD after a cheat.
