Good morning ladies!

Absolutely miserable today with hives. Guess from Macrobid doc is having me take for my bladder. Got good news today when I stepped on scale at doc's office. Had heavy jeans, tennis shoes and sweatshirt on and weighed the same as I did last time so I must've dropped a couple of pounds. Last time I weighted barefooted and had on capries and a sleeveless top. The WATP and CAD are paying off. LOVE THIS DIET!!

Take care. Got an appt with my "arthur" doc at 12:30.

Everyone keep it up! It may come off slow like mine, but hey, it's coming off!

Also remember that since you're exercising, you're probably losing lots of inches even if the pounds aren't going down as quickly! But you're losing pounds anyway, so no worries. Congrats!
