Default Thinking of doing SB

Hello
I have been doing a LC WOE since Oct. 28th, 2002 by a Dr. recommendation. She said to stay under 75 grms. carbs and I would loose. I am taking an appetite suppressant when I need it. That is much less often since I am feeling full in the evenings. But I have lost only 5 lbs. I am actually keeping the carbs around 55-60. I am reading the SB book. I am wondering if it helps???
SB that is....

I look at the whole wheat pasta and see all those carbs and think that I will really not loose weight with that.

I know this is a way of life. I REALLY like being off the sugar. No sugar since Oct. 28th. The cravings are MUCh less, but I would like to be able to eat a pizza with the WW crust.

Anyway, I am discouraged that I have not lost more weight. But being under 300 was nice to see.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

I tried sugarbusters and did fine on it when I set a carb limit. Otherwise I would not lose on it.

Default Hello!

Most people find that in order to lose weight on SB they need to keep the starchy carbs (Pasta, bread, rice, sweet potatoes) to 2-3 servings per day.

I can't handle pasta --- it sets off carb cravings.
Why do you need an appetite suppressent? Are you eating enough to keep the tummy rumbles away? There is no need to be hungry on SB.
