Default Zone Coach - Too many bars?

I started zoning this week, and have been using bars some days. I try not to have more than one - but today, I had eggbeaters with cheese and a grapefruit for breakfast, 3 bars, and a gardenburger with cheese and sliced tomatoes for dinner.

Too many bars? In my desparation to STAY IN THE ZONE, I thought it was better to have the bars than stray from the path. Should I limit the number of bars I have? Or is it okay, since I just started zoning.

Let me know. Thanks!

Each bar is 2 blocks and are not intended to be meal replacements. They are great for a pre or post workout snacks, split in half (one block pre-workout, one block post workout) if you're pressed for time. Try to limit to no more than one per day. "Real food" is always a better choice.
If you post a day or two of your menus, I can offer suggestions to help keep you in the Zone.
