Default Strawberry Sauce For Pancakes or anything else that you want!

My wife just bought a LOT of strawberries for a good price, but we needed to use them up fast, so I got creative (always a dangerous thing )

Strawberry sauce.
1 pint/1.5 cups pureed strawberries
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 packet of Splenda
10 drops/.25 teaspoon white stevia

Dump all ingredients into a blender and starting with the lowest setting work your way up to the highest and keep it there for about a minute or until you can't stand the noise anymore.

This makes about 2.5 cups of the most decadent stuff you could ever want to try and a little bit will go a long way (1/8th of a cup or 2 Tablespoons will cover one or two 3-4 inch pancakes.)

Good cold, but even better warm!

For those of you that are able to handle higher carb counts, it also makes a wonderful smoothie all by itself at not quite 10 NET carbs per 8oz cup.
