Default A new beginning

Hello Everyone!

I am glad to see this forum here. I am not new to lowcarb, but I am relatively new to CALP and I am brand-new to this board! I started CALP in Jan but I don't think I was doing it cleanly and when I got sick at the beginning of Feb is when it all went downhill!!! Today is a new day and I am determined to do it right!

I have been AS and soda free for 2 months now! That is quite an accomplishment for me. But, I was still eating sugar at times during my RMs and I know I need to work on that. Ideally, I would like to do a combo of CALP and a Paleo diet but I know I will have to ease into the Paleo aspect.

But anyway, I am glad this forum is here. I didn't have much luck finding a CALP forum in Jan and came across this place over the weekend.

Cyn

Hi CynthiaD.

I'm also interested in the paleo dietary suggestions - for the CMs, because I've determined that eating eggs, no matter how they are cooked, invariably set off the CARB CRAVINGS about 30 minutes later, and they simply do not subdue.
