Question A going-away lunch at my favorite restaurant, can I make it RM?

There is a going-away lunch for me today at my favorite restaurant, and I know already that dinner is going to be a rushed affair in the car with my sis on the way to Savannah. Can I go ahead and make lunch my RM today? If it hasn't been at least 24 hours since my last RM (dinner last night) will I kill my progress?

There are times when I eat a RM for lunch, especially on weekends. I would say, just be careful you don't overdo on the carbs and enjoy the meal. And, don't forget that dinner needs to be a CM.

I agree, go ahead and switch it for the day, just be careful at dinner, being rushed might lead you into temptation. Remember you can get a burger from somewhere and just don't eat the bun if you don't have time to prepare something to eat on the road.

Good luck, and have a great time
