I think that I have got to be the most pathetic girl in the entire world! I cheated on something that was seriously foolish. I just got burning on Friday and I cheated on Saturday. My boyfriend came home for the weekend and I was doing fine. I previously set in my mind that he is one of the reasons that I cheat on the diet, so I made a conscious effort to not cheat because of him...and I was succeeding. We even ate out at a restaurant and I was really good. The thing that got me was when we went to a pool party and it got late for supper. We brang our own steaks and salad but the thing was, we only brang enough for ourselves and the pwople there were eating hamburgers and hotdosg, so we waited for them to leave sp we could eat. Then two containers of chips were brought out and our friends that we went with including my boyfriend started to pig out on the chips. Chips happen to be one of my fav foods.....and I succumbed to temptation and I ate them....then I threw away the whole weekend. I am going back on tommorow when Leelan leaves but I have to learn to get away from that. I feel like a hopeless case. Anyways, I hope that you guys can give me some serious help......
If you pick yourself up and learn from your mistakes, then that's what you should get out of your cheat - not guilt. Take the lesson.
I am interested though, to all the cheaters out there, does it make you feel bloated afterwards? What other sorts of physical "punishments" do you get from cheating?
