Post Pancake/Omelette

0.5 oz half & half (or heavy cream)
1/3 cup dry curd cottage cheese (mine has 0 carbs)
2 large eggs
1 scoop Designer Whey

According to Fitday, nutrition breakdown is as follows:

source grams cals %total
Total: 312
Fat: 14 122 41%
Sat: 5 48 16%
Poly: 1 13 4%
Mono: 4 39 13%
Carbs: 4 11 4%
Fiber: 1 0 0%
Protein: 41 165 55%

Mix eggs and cottage cheese. Stir in cream and whey powder.
Fry until brown, both sides.

I just threw it together this morning for breakfast before heading out into the snow, and it was nice and warm and filling. Would have been nice with some berries and/or whipped cream or SF syrup, but it was sweet enough plain.

Cottage cheese has carbs, though per serving it may be lowr then 1g. The lactose in the dairy would provide carbs
