K,
Not quite 3 blocks unless the turkey was large slices.
Try basing your meal around your protein source. Therefore, your breakfast would begin with 4.5 ounces of deli turkey (1.5 ounces per block) and assume it has 4.5g of fat.
Next, carbohydrates. 1/3C cooked steel cut oats is one block. 1/2C blueberries is one block, so you were real close there.
Now for the extra fat. Since the turkey has "hidden" fat already (assuming 4.5 grams) and a 3 block meal requires 9 grams, you can add 4.5 grams more. This could be in the form of nuts, such as 9 almonds or 3 crushed macadamia nuts or a tablespoon+ natural peanut butter. Nix the butter.
Hope this helps.
