Sure, it was 5 lbs over the priming 3 week stage and about 1 lb per week. It's not fast like Atkins was for me but I hit a wall and decided to try CAD. That helped me gain weight. But lost it on CTL but I am also working out with a trainer 3 times per week for an hour. I do a pretty high intensity workout so that could be helping me lose body fat. I weighed 10 lbs less last year but look better this year because some of the fat I had turned to muscle which looks a bunch better.
This is not a quick weight loss. I would say Atkins is if you are looking to lose weight. I do think this is more fun to do with many more options. But I haven't been doing it that long. It's only been about 6 weeks I think. So I am finding out what is working for me and what is not.
