Hi Donna - I am actually around 163, so below goal by a little bit. I'd like to lost about 10-15 more, but with my back (I've had to have major spinal surgery last year and might need more) I can't work out....so it'll be slow going if I can get there at all.

I'd (in a perfect world lol) like to be closer to 150, give or take. I'm pretty tall, so I think that would be a great weight for me. If I could lose another size, even if it meant no weight loss, I'd be equally happy. I really just want to firm and tone and get rid of the last of my jiggly spots  |
