I am getting ready to have stem cell injections in my left hip to hopefully avoid having hip replacement surgery. Very interesting to me is that much of the information from my doctor about what they recommend for the greatest success is what we all know to be true: a high quality LCHF diet, along with fasting and sprinting to upregulate stem cells.

Has anyone here had stem cell injections with any measure of success?
