It is a fact that most people does fasting when they sleep, unless they wake up to eat in the middle of night.
A good plan is just to make it fast longer. For example, if you stop eating from 6PM to 8AM, that would be 14 hours fasting each day.

Even better, if you eat one meal per day, that would be 20+ hours fasting everyday.
