Here's a reddit link https://www.reddit.com/r/AskCulinar...amen_seasoning/ that goes off on tangents. I agree that I really like that stuff but don't buy msg any more, not because I don't like it or think its bad for you but thought having 1 lb of it round was kind of stupid - invited over use.

for me now doing noodles I use bone broth that I make, add some vinegar, and pepper flake, fish sauce and or salt it up, maybe some soy or liquid amino. Fat added to since the bone broth has fat skimmed. I've posted pictures of this amillion times, here a milion one...



Another thought is to buy a huge cheap case of the stuff you like and use the wheatNoodleCakes as firewood or fire starters this winter, saving the packets for use with your Oat Fiber Shirataki

PS, I'm really digging the stuff. Doing quick stir fries with junky ham and simple vegetable or what ever leftovers. Add a bunch of liquid aminos and bam, food that any college kid would eat.
