HOW'S IT GOING?

I THINK I DID GOOD TODAY, EXCEPT I DON'T THINK I GOT ALL THAT WATER IN. I TRIED. I WAS CLOSE.

D-CHICKEN ,SALAD, GREEN BEANS
THEN I PEPPERMINT PATTIE(SMALL)
1 CHOCOLATE ECLAIR ICE CREAM BAR

WORKED OUT ABOUT 40 MINUTES THIS MORNING

I REFUSED TO WEIGH MYSELF TODAY. I WILL TOMORROW. EVERY OTHER DAY. IF I'M STILL DEPRESSED, THEN LESS THAN THAT.
I HAVE NOT CHEATED ONCE SINCE SUNDAY. I BETTER HAVE LOST SOMETHING.
WELL GOOD LUCK. I HOPE EVERYONE IS OK. SUNDAY IS THE END OF MY WEEK CHALLENGE, BUT I SAY LETS GO ANOTHER WEEK!
