Hey Group I was totally off plan this weekend and would NOT weigh myself today. I am trying low carb again for the next 15 days (I tell myself) and maybe until I reach goal weight in February so hopefully I will be posting a lot here.
I will enter the challenge tomorrow with weigh in. We can put 150 for today (it might be more??)
