hi,
i think veggies are probably pretty important. cause even at the RM your supposed to start with a salad, then have 1/3 protein, 1/3 veg (lc) and 1/3 carb and or dessert.

try adding them into foods. make a really good dip! and use your veggie stick as a spoon!

dont give up though!
