I didn’t overly worry about fat intake to start. Keep carbs at 20g or below, protein normal meal portions, and as much fat as needed to feel satisfied, not hungry but not stuffed either. By keeping carbs so low, you should start burning your own body fat...you do not have to eat much fat in Atkins Induction either.
