Am sitting slathered in coconut oil, wearing a shower cap, wrapped in a towel as I post

Although I'm not sure if I actually suffer from sebhoreic dermatitis, my scalp does have a tendency to be itchy and flaky. Have tried various shampoos etc., but nothing has really worked, so hoping that the coconut oil will do the trick
