another question
Hi Again,
I am wondering what sources of protein you turn to on the vegan plan? During my pregnancies I followed the Bradley Method which, among many other things, emphasizes diet both before and during pregnancy. Larger amounts of protein (at least 75g/day) were considered essential. At the time, I didn't use soy sources and I found myself really having to adjust my eating patterns to get those proteins. I have trouble imagining how I would have been able to manage as a vegan. Even now, I eat about 90--100g of protein a day. Currently, I turn to dairy sources (cheese & yogurt) and soy protein. But we also eat meat. Just curious about your sources of protein.
Have you started a log on the journal forum? That would also be a good thing to do.
