thanks for the encouragement choc. weighed in at 142.5, this was weigh-in day7 so my weight averaged 142.6 down a little!

so far today: decaf coffee, 1 sweetn low, 2 cream

still not hungry from yesterday, so why eat.

I'm getting in the christmas spirit too, makes me feel like a kid.
