November Challenge
C'MON GUYS!!!!!! A llot of newbies on the forum. We all need support!
i've been excercising 1 hour 4-5 times a week(walking out doors). I've even bugun to jog
my challenge for november:
Eat less fat for cm's
add a cs before rm's
keep rm's low glycemic
excercise 6 days a week
everyone please join in and post your challenge for the month all you need to do is to give an update AT LEAST (DAILY IF POSSIBLE)once weekly to keep the board and thread going
