New Rules of Lifting For Life?
I'm just wondering if anyone else is reading this?
I did NROL for Women a few years ago, and was looking forward to this New book, as it's aimed at those of us who are middle aged plus. But I'm having a very hard time figuring out the actual program, and wonder if it's me or the book...
