I believe there are a great many of us with fibro on this forum. It is hard to live with and I do think following low carb does help. Recently discovered I was anemic and am on iron pills Wouldn't have thought about that since I have regular blood tests because of diabeties and no thyroid. The iron seems to have helped some. I also think weight gain and fibro go hand in hand someway. N2L
