I become overwhelmed when I start searching for information on nutrition and nutritional supplements. Sometimes I have a hard time figuring out whose recommendations to trust- although there are certainly no lack of "experts" out on the internet! Do any of you have any sites you really like to go to? I do have Dr. Atkin's vitanutrient book, but would like some additional sources, especially to keep current with any new information.
