I know I am focusing on the number, and I know that I am happy were I am at, but kinda disappointed that I am at goal rather than the five pounds below it I was.
Seems pretty obvious to me -- you're exercising and building muscle and we all know that inch for inch, muscle is heavier than fat. That's why we can lose inches but stay the same weight or higher. You want the scale to drop, quit getting fit!!
