I got the CAD book today!!! I started reading it, and couldn't put it down!! If this works for me, I think that I could stick to it for the rest of my life!!
I think the level of stress that I was feeling on Atkins is a testament to how addicted I am!! I was losing weight but the prospect of not having bread unless I was cheating was killing me, and I couldn't find a substitute!!!

Your advice on what book to buy is greatly appreciated!! Hopefully, I have found the fit that works for me!!
I am switching over as soon as I finish the book!!
